BURLESQUE TECHNIQUES 6 WEEK COURSE (STUDIO ONLY)

No dance/performance art experience is necessary
Come one! Come all! From beginners onwards, we welcome you to the glorious world of burlesque with this routine & workshop based course.
During this 6 week course, you will learn:
✨Two FULL burlesque routines
✨Iconic poses, peels and props that make you feel incredible.
As with all our courses, we add our own signature sparkly dose of:

THE BLUE BELLES BURLESQUE
PERFORMANCE 12 WEEK COURSE (STUDIO COURSE)

The Blue Belles course entices your inner sparkle to shine, suitable for all bodies, all abilities (beginners/intermediate/advanced) in the art of burlesque
Throughout the course, you will learn:
✨One bespoke group routine
✨Iconic burlesque poses/peels/choreo
✨Have a jolly good giggle with like-minded people.
As with all our courses, we add our own signature sparkly dose of:
✨Burlesque history
✨A dash of performance theory
✨All the giggles you can have learning the art of the tease.
There is an opportunity for you to perform in a show specifically created for The Blue Belles.
This is not a requirement and you are able to complete the course without committing to perform in the show.
Plus, you have the opportunity to perform as a solo performer, if you wish.
Solo tuition is not part of the course, it is just an added bonus. Tuition and guidance for solos can be discussed with us directly.

THE BLUE FANDANGOS FAN DANCE PERFORMANCE 12 WEEK COURSE (ONLINE ONLY)
We aim to be inclusive and as accessible as possible.
No dance/performance art experience is necessary
The Blue Fandangos is an beginners/intermediate burlesque fan dance performance course, suitable for all who love the flutter of a fan.
Throughout the course, you will learn:
✨TWO routines of different genres
✨Iconic fan moves/tricks
✨Have a jolly good giggle with like-minded people.
As with all our courses, we add our own signature sparkly dose of:
✨Fan dance history
✨A dash of performance theory
✨All the giggles you can have learning the art of the fan dance.
There is an opportunity for you to perform in an ONLINE invite only show in Week 12. This is not a requirement and you are able to complete the course without committing to perform in the show.
You do not need HUGE fans. If you have small fans/medium fans/large fans/cardboard/an imagination.

FLEXIBLUE 6 WEEK COURSE (STUDIO & ONLINE COURSE)

Do you want to be more flexible? touch your toes? Or perhaps learn a new party trick - the splits?
FlexiBlue has been created by Kristi, House of Trixie Blue’s Flex Academy certified instructor/Level 3 Personal Trainer to introduce you to flexibility in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
This 6 week course will introduce you to the basics of stretching in safe and controlled manner.
The benefits to being flexible are endless:

✨Most importantly it makes you feel amazing about yourself.

Alongside our popular one off workshops, we are bringing you a FULL SIX WEEKS PERFORMANCE COURSE of our Exotic Choreography Stripknot programme*.
If you LOVE Slipknot and LOVE learning saucy choreography this course is for you. Perfect for complete beginners. We will look at iconic exotic moves and pop it all together in ONE exotic choreography routine to Slipknot (burlesque, striptease, floor work).
This course involves FLOORWORK
Here at House of Trixie Blue we have developed a 6 weeks beginner’s course that will introduce you to exotic choreography in a relaxed and friendly manner to the dulcet tones of Corey Taylor from SLIPKNOT!
Throughout the course, you will learn:

✨Have a jolly good giggle with like-minded people.

Here at House of Trixie Blue we have developed a 60mins ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS pole dance workshop to enable you to take flight and enjoy the beauty of pole.
As stated this workshop is for absolute beginners, there is no experience necessary. We will teach you all the basics, no experience necessary, plus, never ever fear as you do not need to be flexible or strong either.
We will only have a limited number of people taking part, to enable you to be continuously supported throughout the workshop in a welcoming environment.
Taught by our professional & insured teachers, who uphold our ethos of being accessible and inclusive, you shall be sure to develop your new skills in a supportive atmosphere.

Have you fancied trying out this breathtaking prop? Well then, let's do it...with a complimentary glass of fizz too*
Here at House of Trixie Blue we have developed a 60mins BEGINNERS Martini/Champagne glass workshop to enable you to live out your sparkly dreams.
Learning the iconic moves in the glass, such as spins, poses and so much more. Our workshop will guide you through the history, conditioning and a short glass based routine to really capture the spirit of this beautiful prop.
Set within the stunning surroundings of the infamous Prohibition Cabaret Bar, this bodacious backdrop creates a vintage glam aesthetic for the all important pictures and videos you might want to take on your phone.
We have TWO champagne/martini glasses to enable you to have the maximum time possible living your sparkly dream. The glasses will be dry and no water used.
All glasses are suitable for all bodies and abilities.
First glass is our glittery bijou blue glass, complete with the glamorous vibes and effortless beauty. Shallow, yet secure bowl, perfect for all the iconic moves.
Our second glass is our maxi midnight blue glass, robust yet radiant. A deeper bowl for extra comfort and support.
There will be a limited number of awesome people taking part, to enable you to be continuously supported throughout the workshop in a welcoming environment.
